Rob Burke for MA-8

About Rob

Born in 1956 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Boston, I come from a family wired for duty. My dad, a Dorchester kid who bled purple at Holy Cross, served as a federal probation officer. My mom, a WWII naval veteran and officer commissioned by Eleanor Roosevelt, was a true pioneer and trailblazer who worked at Archbishop Williams for three decades.

I grew up in Milton, where our family resided in the same house for 129 years until 2023—the same telephone number from 1914 is still in service today. Real grit there: pickup games at Cunningham Park, quarries, and wall hanging. Graduated Milton High in ‘74, St. Anselm’s, then England in ’78.

Dove into the telecom grind during the Bell breakup—Boston, Long Island, California. Lived in Annapolis with my Marine brother, launched All American Cleaning. Returned to Boston in 1985, retired on injury, and now live in Dedham.

FROM MAN-ON-THE-STREET TO CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE

In my retirement, I took up videography; man-on-the-street style, focusing on high school, prep, and college sports gigs. Hit the gig economy in 2015 delivering packages in Boston—saw folks on the streets, heard their stories, and I realized anyone could fall through the cracks. I started to feel compelled to take action.

Then the CCP bioweapon hit in 2020. Seeing men and women losing their careers, parents forced to choose between a paycheck and their dignity over an experimental jab, I knew I had to step up.

Ran for the 8th Congressional seat in 2022 and 2024 with zero cash but still showed up. Now in 2026, I’m stronger and here to finish the game. After what the Democrats have done to our country—their evil, all-out approach affecting how you get around, what you eat, where you live—I’m running as an American Citizens First candidate. If elected, I’ll remove every invader from the 8th District, not just the bad ones, step on the air hose funding them, and hold the politicians who caused this mess accountable.

In 2024, at L Street and East Broadway, I told the kids: “Vote for me, then you can take over.” They liked that, and I stand by my commitment. We need 20- to 30-year-olds to participate—they’ve been left out of the American Dream. I’m here to give them a ticket on the new 7 bus. Tariffs to bring jobs, bust healthcare rings, lock the border, axe waste.

One key economic idea: BoxerWorks is my flagship economic initiative to revitalize Brockton, the “City of Champions,” by turning it into a cutting-edge manufacturing hub that honors its boxing heritage—think Rocky Marciano and Marvin Hagler—while punching back against job loss and economic decline. As your American Citizens First candidate, I’ll fight to establish this facility right in the heart of Brockton, transforming underused industrial spaces into state-of-the-art training centers for young people. I’ll be a servant leader—one term, then make room for the next.

Truth, trust, traditions.
